The first HBH recipes I haven’t loved, but it was probably my issue. I loved the healthiness of the dish, but found the herb vinaigrette to be without much flavor, and the flavor it did have was heavy on the dill (I used 1/3 fresh basil, dill and oregano). This was my first time using Tahini and I don’t think I am much of a fan. Seemed bitter to me, even with all the other ingredients. Now I know.
