Happiest Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there! I am a “dad’s girl” through and through. There really isn’t anyone I love more than my dad (mom, dad, Asher, brothers – all in the same lineup, no order, just to be clear). He’s my dad first, but he’s also my business consultant, my second hand, my therapist, and at the end of any day, he’d jump through hoops to help me. There is no one greater. I love him more by the day. The older I get, the stronger our relationship has become.

Growing up, Dad and I did not get along. He was clueless about raising a girl after growing up with three brothers. Then, he went on to have three sons ahead of me and two sons after me. I’m number 4 – Dad often likes to call his kids by their birth order number. And for fifteen years, I was the only girl. My dad just didn’t know what to do with me.

But over time, I broke him. Then Asher was born, and he became the world’s biggest softy for his daughters. We both have the most special relationship with him. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t feel like the luckiest girl to have him in my life. He’s a special one!!

I’m missing him today, but I will see him soon enough! He’s in Arizona, and I’m in LA, and I would love to give him a big hug today!

I don’t talk much about it when my family is away. Mostly for safety reasons because I’m often in Colorado without them. But they’ve been traveling a lot this month. They were in Miami first. My mom had a conference she was attending there on behalf of Half Baked Harvest (she’s the real boss you all). Then, they decided to extend their trip and visit Arizona this week since I would be out of town. They’ve been loving traveling and getting to see much of the world!

I’m currently in LA, but I’m flying out today and off to somewhere exciting! Hint: It’s definitely out of the US. Who wants to guess my travel location? It’s somewhere beautiful that requires two flights! Ready, set, GO! Who can guess?

Of course, I’ll share all the details of my travels on Instagram and then in next Sunday’s post too. I’m going to take a lot of photos! Even though this is a work trip, I’m so excited!

Those are my updates. Things are good! Hope you all have a great Sunday!! And as I said above, to every dad out there, Happy Father’s Day. Dads and daughters have the most special relationship!

1. Things i’m loving, wanting, and excited to try.

loving…sea shell jewels for summer. This Montauk necklace isn’t something I would wear all the time, but I’m loving it for summer vacation. The Harbor Huggies too. And Jenny Bird has a few pieces as well. I’m into their Petra Necklack, Lucille Earrings, and Odette Mega Collar. Last piece, these earrings, are super cute for the 4th of July!

wanting…fancy PJs. Time to splurge on the pieces we want to be the comfiest. I would love this organic cotton jersey pajama set for summer. I’m also into the pant set. Honestly, I’m loving everything from SKIN. Or go big and splurge on silk-satin pajamas (I love the yellow).

listening to…Post Flight Reset Routine, Pilates By Amanda Mexico Retreat Recap, Travel Tips, & More. Listen to this if you have a lot of travel this summer!

everything in my cart (low)…the summer Zara launch. In my cart is their cute embroidered midi dress and midi halter dress. These crossed leather sandals and leather slides are both a must-order. This underwire bikini top is too cute. Wear with their heavy cotton t-shirt as a cover-up. And this is the perfect basket shoulder bag.

If you need a new bra, how cute is this underwire satin lace trim bra?

And for chilly nights, if you’re in a colder climate like me, this cute oversized cape.

listening to…Chace Crawford: Gossip Girl, House Parties & Dating Disasters.

dreaming of going…Montesol Experimental. A stunning boutique Hotel in Ibiza. Everyone seems to be traveling this summer. I have so many places on my travel list, from Italy to the Caribbean, to Spain!

traveling…one of those places being Lake Camo, Italy. The Hotel Royal Victoria, Varenna or Villa Cipressi, Varenna are at the top of my “to-stay” list.

loving…this quote. I need to practice this. Learn to trust yourself.

shopping…everything red, white, and blue for the 4th of July. Crazy that the 4th is only a couple of weeks away. I love this Prada Canapa 2-Way Tote Bag. It’s sold out right now, but I found a cute look-a-like or a similar option from Free People. Also, this Marni embroidered faux raffia tote.

If you need a cute bathing suit, I’m loving this red one piece right now. Those fun Bingley Earrings I mentioned above would look cute with it too!

wanting…this garden bee necklace. This is so fun and cute, I love it.

everything in my cart (beauty)… self-tanners. You all, I’m pale as can be. Researching and ordering the best at-home tanners. Starting with skin prep and ordering this exfoliating body glove set and pre-exfoliating foam. Then, The Butter Illuminating Tanning Butter from Tan Luxe.

For a shimmery glow, the new Vacation shimmer oil SPF 30 sunscreen and eau de toilette perfume.

And I am ordering the Dior Prestige La Micro-Huile de Rose Advanced Serum after hearing about it on the travel podcast episode above. Sounds like the most amazing product to rejuvenate the skin!

something to do…head to Austin for a fun trip and plan to spend a day at Round Top Antiques Fair and shop the best vintage pieces. This is where my brother Bren and his wife Lynds source pieces for their business, Good Livin Co.

everything in my cart (high)…this simple linen dress from Prada is the perfect easy summer dress to dress up or down. Also, I love this pretty sleeveless midi-dress from Staud, which has a much more reasonable price point (still high, though).

4. Everything I always travel with.

Nine Favorite Things

I shared some details on how I pack for a trip on Instagram and was flooded with questions! Below are all the supplements I travel with. I swear by these favorites.

I always have Cymbiotika with me. My dailies are: their Magnesium L-Threonate at night. Their Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 + CoQ10, Liposomal Vitamin B12 + B6, and The Omega in the morning.

My other daily supplement is Momentous Creatine. I use it to help energize my muscles before a workout, and research shows it may also help support cognitive function too.

Vital Proteins collagen packets and Armra Colostrum packets always get packed up too. The packets are my favorite for efficient traveling.

My go-to probiotic, Just Thrive Probiotic.

I don’t ever travel without my dry brush anymore. And always have a good body cream.

Epic Venison Beef strips are always in my carry-on, and I pack extra in my bag too. Speaking of which, the Beis check-in roller bag is my favorite.

This is random, but pink Himalayan sea salt is always with me too. I pack a little in these sandwich bags from HoldOn (love these and I always carry a few extra with me while traveling). The Wild Food brand is my favorite.

Nine Favorite Things

I love the products I travel with. Let me know what you guys are curious about!

5. Made Me Smile.

Nine Favorite Things

This is silly, but the screenshot above is my text chain with my brother, Kai. I’m so thankful for my family; there is always someone to text. I ask Kai everything, and he puts up with so much from me. It’s a constant flow of questions, and he never turns me away—and more than half of them do not make sense. But he gets it. He’s also constantly telling me to slow down when I type because nothing I ever send is in English.

  1. Love the packing content on stories! SO many shoes!! How many speaking engagements do you have at Cannes? Or are you just packing plenty of options?

Fingers crossed you take us along in real time! Speaking at Cannes seems like such a major career accomplishment, I’d be shouting it from the rooftop lol. Did I miss out on the announcement or are you keeping all of us fans in suspense until the event is over? Congrats either way!

  2. Tieghan,
Thank you for the reply. I tried again and nothing happened on the Jupiter page until I noticed a blue shield in the web address and it was MY anti-tracking that was stopping the printing and needed to be shut off. Now I can make the One Pan Corn and Zucchini Pest Orzo Casserole.
    G’Day

  3. Tieghan is taking the world by storm and looking amazing while doing it – and oh, look, the sewer lid has opened again and the cockroaches are out, predictably. You can set your watch by it. They love giving T. clicks and engagement, bless their snarky little adorably clueless hearts.

  4. Did you stop taking Arrae supplements and switch to a (better) brand? I follow your recommendations and have had good experiences, thanks so much!

  5. Love the content this week, especially the lounge wear from Amazon, that cabinet from Anthropologie, and all j.crew picks! That first picture of you hugging the woman in the white ball cap is absolutely stunning – you look so happy! (And I love the knit cardigan you are wearing). My guess is … Paris?? Wherever it is, have a fabulous time!

    1. Hey Laurel,
Happy Sunday! So glad to hear that you enjoyed so much of the content this week, thanks for sharing your faves:) Love you guess of Paris, I will definitely keep you all posted! Have the best week! xT

    2. So exciting that you’re going to be speaking at Cannes!!! Will this be your first time in France? Maybe you can add on a few non work vacation days! Looking forward to all the fun summery looks in Cannes!

  6. Made the galette with rhubarb and blueberries from my farmer’s market. Was a bit soupy, so I cooked the filling a bit before putting it in the oven. Worked perfectly! So easy! Thanks, Tieghan 🙂

    1. Hey Amy,
Amazing!! Love to hear that you enjoyed the galette, thanks so much for making it! Have a great week:) xT

  7. Loved the post this week! I’d be interested to hear about how your mom plans all the fun travel! She’s been gone since around Easter, right? How does she plan everything, know what to pack, and continue managing a business to boot? And all with a toddler too! Very impressive!

    1. Hey Alice,
Thanks so much for reading today! Lol well she’s a woman of many talents! She is really just great at organizing and getting things done, she did raise 7 other kids so she can pretty much do it all, it’s pretty amazing! xx

    2. Oooh I am super interested in this too. Maybe Tieghan could interview her mom or have her do a guest post! I would love more details as I’m trying to travel more with my family too!

  8. Happy Father’s Day to your dad and all the other amazing dads! Do you have a favourite photo of you with your dad? I would love to see it!!! Have an amazing day!!!

    1. Hey Su-ke,
Thanks so much for reading and your Father’s Day wishes:) Yes, love so many of the photos from when I was little:) I will have to share more soon! Have a great week! xT

  9. My guess is you’re going to Italy! By the way, did you see that Turkish airlines is going to be flying out of Denver?! Excited for more opportunities! Have a great Sunday!

    1. Hey Erin,
Thanks for reading today and sharing your guess of where I will be heading:) I didn’t see that, but how awesome?! Thanks for sharing, have a great Sunday! xT

  10. Are you finally going ballooning over Myanmar? I remember when you said it looks pretty magical and is on your travel bucket list in weekly QA earlier this year.

    1. Hey there,
Not quite….but that does sound so magical! Thanks for reading today:) Have a great week! xT

      1. Isn’t there a civil war going on in Myanmar right now? Oh goodness, I hope Myanmar isn’t on your travel bucket list, T. There are plenty of other much safer destinations in SE Asia.

      2. Haha, I love the way you delicately humor these psycho tr@lls by killing them with kindness, and pretending you don’t notice their nonsense. They think they’re doing something, and you handle it with such grace. Kudos to you for your infinite patience.

    2. Y’all tr@lls need to get over yourselves. You don’t have some clever private joke about Myanmar that only you and your vile ilk are in on. Mayanmar used to be a desirable and popular place for balloon tours up until 2021 when the civil war escalated. Hopefully, someday soon, it will be again. Hard to say, but there is no harm or shame in saying that geographically it is a beautiful place and would be nice to visit again someday when possible.

      1. Her miserable little detractors will seize upon literally anything and everything she says and ridicule it like they are somehow so intellectually superior. I did a balloon trip in Myanmar in 2011 and it was absolutely breathtaking. People are even still doing Balloons over Bagan despite the conflict in Myanmar (check Trip Advisor for recent reviews) so Tieghan expressing an interest in this isn’t even odd now. It may not be an ideal time to go, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with her statement.

      1. I was just thinking, wow Tieghan looks extra glowy and beautiful, I wonder what she’s doing differently, and yes totally the hair part looks amazing on you!!!!

  11. Dying over your texts with Kai! 🤣 My little sister called me at 3am one time (12am for her) to sing part of a song and ask me the title and singer, because she and her friends were playing trivia (pre-Google). Then she excitedly thanked me and hung up in my ear. That was the end of sleep for me that night! Ahhh, the magic of siblings. 🥰 I’m guessing you’re headed to…Singapore! Beautiful, cosmopolitan, wealthy city with tons of culture, amazing food, and high end brands galore! Safe travels, and I can’t wait to see pics and hear all about it! ✈️🌏

    1. Hey Jen,
Happy Sunday and thanks for reading:) Lol love this story of you and your sister, we can totally relate over here! Such a fun guess with Singapore…stay tuned:) Have a great week! xT

  12. Frustration today when I tried to print a few recipes. They are now part of Jupiter? When I hit the print button nothing happens! Help Please. Thank you for another great Sunday posting.

    1. Hi Jim,
Thanks for reading today! Sorry to hear you are having issues printing! Once you click “print” you will be directed to the Jupiter page where you will again click “print”. I just tested a few recipes and was able to print them all. Is there a specific recipe you are having trouble printing? Please let me know! xx

    1. Hey Kelly-Jane,
Thanks so much for reading today:) Can’t wait to share soon! Have a great Sunday! xT
